HOW TO BOOK

Hotel reservations can be made online at http://www.iarigai-ljubljana.org/index.php/registr/registration-form by filling in the Hotel Reservation form no later than 27 July 2012. The number of rooms available for the Conference is limited and accommodation cannot be guaranteed after this date.

PAYMENT OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Your credit card details will serve as a guarantee for the booking. A written confirmation will be sent to you after your credit card details have been received. The payment is to be made directly at the hotel.

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL BOOKING AND CHANGE POLICY

All cancellations must be sent in writing to Cankarjev dom. For the cancellations received after 27 July 2012, one night will be charged to your credit card.

HOTEL SLON – conference hotel

The Best Western Premier Hotel Slon is situated in the very heart of the Ljubljana city center. It is only a few steps away from the old city core, the Ljubljana castle and all the main city sights. There are 168 comfortable and well-appointed rooms in the hotel, the suites, double und deluxe rooms of which have been newly renovated and among other feature modern decoration, LCD screens and high quality spa bathroom amenities. Hotels in Ljubljana

In general, we can say that Ljubljana and the hotels from our list are easily accessible from the airport, as the Airport Jože Pučnik is situated only 25 km from to the city center. Ljubljana has railway and bus stations located in the heart of the city. All hotels are centrally located. All breakfasts are served on a buffet basis. As per other meals – lunches and dinners are usually served in the form of a buffet, but it can easily be arranged for the meals to be served at tables.
